Chinese actress/martial artist Aoni Ma was raised in a Chinese martial arts family. She officially started Kung Fu training at the age of 6 under her father Master Ma JinLong, a well-known master in the art of kung fu. While watching her father working on the big screen as she was growing up, his dream soon became hers as well in becoming an action film star. Unfortunately, her father gave up film for his family, which made her more determined in living and finishing his dream. She has set high goals of being the Next Female Action Star. She is also an passionated wushu practioner.
She strived to be the best and through practice the blood, sweat and tears did not bring this girl down. She was chosen to be a member of the Pro Martial Arts China Province of Shandong since early age. She hosted the title of Three-time gold-medalist of The International Kung-fu Competition when she was fourteen. She was inspired in Chinese traditional dance and cultures by her mother. She uses the softness of Traditional dance to combine the Ying and Yang of life of being a tough but elegant young lady. She moved with her family moved to Orlando, where she performed as dancer/martial artist in Splendid China Showcase. This was also the start of her journey as stage entertainer in that period.
She was chief operating officer of Film Finances Asia, Inc. and was the talent behind DDO Artists Agency and Kazarian/Spencer/Ruskin & Associates. She has worked as director at the Golden Dragon Chinese Culture Center in San Diego for 7 years. She also worked as the Development Director of the Asia Division at Sinovoi Entertainment. She is also the co-founder of Alpha America Management Company.
She becomes interested in Hip-Hop dancing and choreography during her highschool time. Her fluidity in body movements from many years of martial arts and Chinese dance background gave her the adaptability towards that interest. She joined the 909 Hip Hop Dance Crew in UC Riverside where she majored in the theatrical arts in preparation for her goal. Her appereance in the theatre world leads to her election to represent the Top 10 American Finalist. She fly over to China for Jackie Chan’s “Disciple” in search of the next Action Star. This opened doors and gave her the opportunity to work as an On-Screen Fight/ Stunt Actress. Her performance in China led to lot of interest in her after her return in the United States. She signed at Hollywood Top Agency KSR and DDO Talent Agency which helped her used all of her talents in Martial Arts, Dancing, and Acting to the fullest extent. This all gave her experiences in things as crashing through walls, working with wires, and flying off buildings. Her abilities are limitless.
She made her action movie debut as Kiara in this short movie about unrequited love and the lengths people will go through to change it in ''The Favor'' (2009).
She play Kiara in this movie about the acclaimed award-winning martial arts stunt team "Whirlwind Action" in ''Whirlwind Action: Martial Arts Mania Volume #1'' (2009). This movie contains short films and fight sequences that made Whirlwind Action one of the top stunt teams in the US, with their motto "Pain is temporary. Film is forever".
She play Annie Wong in this story about inspectors Frankie Wong (played by D.Y. Sao) and Nick Yuen (played by Johnny Yang) who are on a breakthrough case to end the city's notorious prostitution ring in the short action movie ''On the Edge'' (2009). Having to fight both sides of the law from mobsters to bureaucratic red tape, the inspectors start to take matters into their own hands.
She plays a Chinese imperial next to Ange Maya who plays the lead role as Aleta, also known as the Empress Vampire in ''Empress Vampire'' (2012). The revelry of an upscale Halloween party is shattered by gunshots when two armed robbers attempt to fleece the well-to-do patrons of their money and jewels. The Secretary of Defense, Arthur Hayes (played by Tom Cochran) gives FBI Agent Dan Higgins (played by Beau Nelson) the task to track the perpetrator down. His quest turns ominous when he discovers he is attempting to track down a vampire, but not just any vampire - the Empress Vampire, the source from which all other vampires descended! He then enlists the aid of vampire hunter Ivor Helsing (played by Garrett Brawith), and psychic Ariana (played by Laura Cotenescu), who are also intent on tracking the Empress down.

Lohan (played by Laurent Buson) is a mysterious and sadistic director, who forces them to run a gauntlet through Los Angeles. He films their every move as they prove their prowess by provoking a rogues' gallery of underworld thugs and martial artists.
She plays Grave in this movie about a group of humans that has survived a virus that has turned almost every human into zombie like creatures in ''Project Purgatory Beijing'' (????). When they send out a patrol one night they find a man who appears to have special abilities, then when they bring him back to their base people start dying.
